Even the slightest interference of static electricity can cause damage to electronic components, thus affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Once the equipment is damaged, not only is the repair cost high, but it may also cause the shutdown of the production line, causing huge economic losses to the company. In the era of intelligent manufacturing, product accuracy and reliability requirements are getting higher and higher. Anti-static measures can effectively eliminate static interference, ensure stability and accuracy in the production process, and thus improve product quality. For example, in the electronics manufacturing industry, anti-static workbenches can avoid static damage to electronic components and improve product reliability and service life. In scientific research environments such as clean laboratories, static electricity may have a negative impact on experimental processes and results. Static electricity may interfere with experimental conditions, such as the precise weighing of experimental samples and the accuracy of liquid distribution. By taking electrostatic protection measures, such as using conductive materials and installing electrostatic dissipation devices, the impact of static electricity in the environment can be reduced to ensure the reliability of experimental results.
Our products include anti-static clothing, anti-static shoes, dust-free cloth and dust-free paper, anti-static gloves and finger cots. Anti-static clothing is made of special materials, which can effectively prevent the generation and accumulation of static electricity and protect personnel and products from static electricity hazards. Anti-static shoes are designed for clean rooms. They have good conductivity and wear resistance, and can prevent static electricity from being transmitted to the ground through the soles. Dust-free cloth and dust-free paper are used to wipe and clean the surface of sensitive electronic components and equipment to remove dust and stains while avoiding static electricity. Anti-static gloves and finger cots are used for precision operations to prevent static electricity generated by the hands from damaging the product.

The application of these equipment makes our products more perfect in detail processing and meets customers' ultimate pursuit of quality. We are also equipped with high-end testing equipment such as infrared spectrometers and liquid particle counters from world-class manufacturers such as Germany, the United States, and South Korea. These devices can accurately test products from all directions and angles to ensure that each product meets the most stringent quality standards.
